fudgy brownies

Another staple lovef00d recipe! My family has been making these brownies since I was a kid and after trying out many other brownie recipes, I will always go back to this one. They’re the fudgiest, moistest brownies you’ll ever have!!


Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate

  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x12 pan.

  2. Melt butter and chocolate bars in a pan on the stovetop, stirring occasionally. When melted, set aside to cool to room temperature.

  3. Meanwhile, beat eggs and sugar until thick and lemon-colored, then add vanilla.

  4. Fold chocolate mixture into eggs and sugar and mix thoroughly.

  5. Gently fold flour and salt into batter, mixing just until blended.

  6. Fold in chocolate chips (optional).

  7. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes, or until center is just set. Do not overbake!

  8. Let brownies cool in the pan for approximately 20 mins then cut & serve!
