my go-to green smoothie bowl

Just another example of why everything tastes better in bowl form. I make this smoothie for lunch several times a week, pour it into a bowl, and top it with my favorite toppings. It's such a yummy way to eat my veggies but also satisfy my sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 green apple
3-4 handfuls of kale
A few shakes of ginger (optional, but I love the taste)
Toppings of choice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth
Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Lately I've been doing granola (Purely Elizabeth or Paleonola), whatever fresh berries we have in the fridge, and chia seeds.
